Return & Exchange Policy

We are here to make your online shopping experience delightful. We offer no question asked return policy. Please see below our general Return Conditions. 
  1. Return and Exchange Policy and Recommendation
    • Customer is requested to inspect products upon receipt and inform us about any defects, size issues or anything that does not meet the expectations. Customer has 10 days after the delivery of the product to ship it back to us for refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same with all the tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging with any hygienic protection intact. Please avoid getting cosmetic products, sun-cream or any bodily fluid stain on the item when trying on as items received in such conditions will be rejected.
    • You are requested to not remove your underwear when trying on until you are sure the item fits you well.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In case of exchange, our normal Shipping policy is valid for new items. 
    • If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
    • The company is not responsible for the failed delivery attempt in case the customer is absent and does not take the delivery with the delivery note left by the postman. Any costs related to the automatic return of such item will be charged to the customer. 
    • For international orders (non-Swiss) you are required to indicate "Returned Goods" on the shipment label as otherwise the customs duty will be charged and we will have to transfer these costs to the customer. 
  • Email the return or exchange request to 
  • Return the item to the Aquatique Shop address shown on the delivery box. Send the tracking number to us by email. 
  • Once the returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Gifts, International orders and Other
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • Please note for all international returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are the responsibility of the client.
